Bread is an iOS application that helps you track your Bible reading and record personal notes and reflections. The App is provided free of charge and is designed to work on your device without requiring an account.
Any notes, reflections, and reading data you create in the App belong to you. This content is stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups where applicable.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the App. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App except as permitted by law.
Bible text and related content made available through the App are provided for personal, devotional, and study use. Such content may be subject to the rights of its respective publishers and translation holders.
The App, including its design, name, and original content, is owned by Bread and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any loss of data stored on your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
